Paul Middleton founded Lumen Consulting Group three years ago after spending almost 15 years consulting multi-national corporations, designing and developing classroom experiences for Executives, Directors and Managers. With a deep proficiency in business simulations and experiential learning to drive alignment and build capabilities for executing a new strategy, at Lumen, Paul seeks to continue helping organizations towards a new future, and develop the essential skills in leadership, sales, business acumen and innovation.

Passionate towards learning, Paul identified a common challenge. Participants would leave the workshops committed and excited to implementing change. However, realities of busy working lives would quickly kick in, and learning would be lost and behaviors would never change. Most knowledge and skills taught during the classroom experience disappear.

Led by Paul, Lumen solves this challenge for its clients. Using strategic and sustained learning solutions, Lumen ensures habits are formed and behaviors do change. Whilst the power of classroom learning is still critical, digital alone is not the solution.  Lumen embraces both classroom and digital learning experiences to deliver winning outcomes for clients.
